Foundational creative writing skills are intoduced to challenge preschoolers in writing, and inspire creativity and imagination.
Through show-and-tell sessions and interactions with teachers and peers, they will progressively build important social and public speaking skills that are essential for the future.
Basic fundamental mathematical concepts are introduced to equip them with knowledge on numbers, counting, addition and subtraction, and more.
Familiar and interesting themes are used to pique preschoolers' interest, and relate to real-world experiences and imagination through classroom discussion.
Preschoolers are challenged to verbalise and write creative sentences, inspiring creativity and imagination as well.
Fire up creative juices, and develop speaking skills through illustrating sentences, discussions and presentations in class, building their self-esteem and confidence for Primary School.
Physical materials (e.g., unifix cubes, dot counters), pictorial representations and abstract problems (e.g., story sums) are used to introduce preschoolers to basic mathematical concepts.
Supplementary worksheets with teacher-guided solutions are provided weekly on Mind Stretcher's E-Study Buddy platform for additional self-practice.

Our Kindergarten 1 Programme cultivates a love for English in our students by using themes that interest young children, such as ‘Insects’, ‘Transportation’ and ‘Sea creatures’. The world comes alive in the classroom with engaging activities including stories, games, and interactive whiteboard activities. Children’s public speaking skills will be developed progressively through show-and-tell sessions and frequent interactions with teachers and peers.
The Mathematics programme will equip our preschoolers with important mathematical concepts. Learning is enhanced through hands-on activities such as manipulatives and puzzles in a fun learning environment.
Our Kindergarten 2 Programme continues engaging our students with topics that fascinate young minds and bringing the outside world into the classroom through stories, games, and lively discussions between students and teachers. Creative writing skills are further developed to create a stable foundation built to support them through Primary school and beyond. With an abundance of opportunities to participate and present in class, students will gain confidence in their abilities.
The Mathematics programme will employ experiential learning methods to strengthen basic mathematical concepts in time for Primary school, making the transition to Primary Mathematics a seamless one for our students.
